United Kingdom ADR - Mediator (ADR) Alternative Dispute Resolution

About

Joanne is a National Family Mediation accredited family mediator with over 10 years’ experience in dispute resolution that includes conciliating complaints at the Law Society and Bar Standards Board. Joanne is also highly skilled in mediating disputes between landlord and tenant, in schools and in the workplace and uses her considerable past experience as an advice worker to very good effect.

As a family mediator, Joanne uses online mediation to make the not so easy parts of divorce much more manageable. It can be difficult to try to piece together, or imagine, a life beyond separation, but Joanne can help you through that process.

Joanne is particularly experienced in helping couples find solutions where there has been domestic violence, or where there are more complex needs that require the inclusion of other professionals in the mediation process such as a mental health keyworker or a childrens' social worker.

Joanne explains that when deciding “who gets what”, or making effective co-parenting arrangements, the process of separating or divorcing does not have to be a messy or daunting experience. She helps her clients to understand that mediation provides an avenue to explore alternative options that can address underlying concerns whilst showing the mutual respect that enables a healthy working relationship to resume.
