My Story

As a 20+ year veteran in the mortgage industry, I've had the honor of helping families achieve their dream of home ownership and advance their net worth with mortgage planning. Originating mortgages in Metro-Seattle since 1997, I provide mortgage consulting for re-sale, new construction, purchase money, and refinances.

Having worked as a preferred lender for many Metro-Seattle developers from 2001-2008, I'm a lending expert in condominium and new construction loans.

I also have the financial knowledge and expertise as a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®), with a solid understanding of the connection between Divorce and Family Law, IRS Tax Rules and Mortgage Financing Strategies as they all relate to real estate and divorce.
