Shelley is experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, adoption, property settlement, postnuptial and prenuptial agreements. Additionally, she is a Mediator, Parenting Coordinator and is trained in the Collaborative Process. Whenever possible, Shelley will guide her clients to pursue an amicable resolution which achieves the client's goals and minimizes the emotional damage. She explains options and benefits to clients and provides support so that they can make an informed decisions.  She is a strong advocate for her clients and will litigate, if necessary, but only after attempting to have conversations and collaborate with the opposing counsel.
