Xandra, LLC (Zandra) is a woman-owned appraising and consulting firm headed by Alex Adams, its founder and President. She has been actively engaged as a full-time appraiser and immersed in the real estate profession for over 25 years and is licensed in several states.  Xandra LLC is comprised of a sister/brother team, with over 35 years of collective appraising and real estate consulting experience.  Based in the greater Chicagoland area, our geographic coverage extends from Chicago, its suburbs and counties to nationally.  As a professional real estate appraisal and consulting firm we are engaged in the valuation of many types of real estate including commercial, industrial, institutional, special-use and residential properties as well as rent comparability studies.   In addition to appraising, we are available to discuss a variety of issues, be they related to one of our appraisals, rent comparability studies, desk reviews of others, availability for expert testimony, or even assistance with an unusual valuation or property question
