Bruce Steinfeld is a shareholder in the Atlanta, Georgia, firm of Steinfeld & Steinfeld, P.C., specializing in Family Law, Mediation and Arbitration. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Emory Law School, where he teaches Family Law-related classes. Bruce is a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers ("AAML") and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Chapter of the AAML. He is also a Master in the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, and a Past-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Bruce received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the State University of New York in Binghamton, and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. Bruce has authored several articles on family law-related topics and he and his wife, Shayna, are co-authors of a book entitled The Family Lawyer’s Guide to Bankruptcy, published by the ABA's Family Law Section in 2002 (and currently in its 4th edition). Bruce was awarded the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer Foundation’s Guardian ad Litem of the Year Award in 2003. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars both locally and Nationally, on family law and ADR-related topics.  Bruce & Shayna have 3 adult children, all living in Atlanta.
