David Fein is an attorney, certified Divorce and Family Law Mediator, and founder of Fein Legal Solutions, LLC (The Law Office of David Fein). Drawing on more than three decades of legal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution experience, David brings a thoughtful, practical, and collaborative approach to mediation. He empowers couples to communicate constructively, make informed decisions, and develop sustainable agreements that prioritize their children’s well-being while minimizing the emotional and financial toll of divorce.

David earned his Divorce Mediation Certification from Northwestern University, his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
